My Guy!

The first time I saw him on TV I knew I'd marry this guy in a heartbeat.

Naaliw ako sa kanya, sobra!

Contrary to what most guys think women, or at least women like me, are not suckers for good looks, big muscles, that shiny civic, and that biz card that proudly proclaims Manager, or the schwers-schwers accent.

It's a mixture of spontaneity, brilliance, a little arrogance, sense of humor, sensitivity, unpredictability, some sarcasm, craziness, misplaced vanity, an extra-ordinary amount of confidence (sometimes misplaced, too), a little rockstar appeal mixed with little boy charm, a little amount of fame, some talent, kindness and lots of lambing that will never fail to stir up fires in a woman's heart, and belly.

We don't like men who lack talent, are predictable, uncomplicated, men you can figure out in 2 seconds,(believe me, there are a lot of these guys out there), are always okay, too normal, men who are gwapo and act like they are gwapo, ahhh, the list goes on...

I guess all I'm really trying to say is, yeah, type ko si Ariel!

And I really don't care about what you think of me now. :D
